About La Finca del Sur
La Finca del Sur is the first women-run urban farm in the Bronx. We provide community member plots, as well as a market garden. We work with schools, job training programs, and community groups to provide opportunities for learning, physical activity, and the joys of being in the garden. We welcome new members, and work especially hard to provide women with opportunities for leadership, skill-building, and activism.
